Baphomet Bock is a powerful adversary brought forth from traditional ingredients and a long, cool fermentation time. German malts give this traditional lager beer it’s beautiful auburn hue and deep rich layers of toasty malt aroma and flavor then German Hallertauer and Select hops used in the brew kettle provide a nice, crisp balanced bitterness and spicy flavor without going over the top.
