After another year in-barrel, this entry is a sizable step forward in our aim to produce balanced beers with the absolute highest levels of intensity and complexity without sacrificing drinkability. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis single batch of extra-sweet Straight Jacket English-style Barleywine rested in a combination of bourbon and rye whiskey barrels for eighteen months before being rebarreled for an equal measure in French Cherry Liqueur (Cerise) casks.
